Women/NB/Gender Diverse Trail Build
Join us for a trail build Tuesday, Sept 12th at 6:00PM!
No prior trail building experience is necessary!
We’ll be meeting at Kinsmen Park and walking up to work on the reroute of Look Out! near Scary Canary.
If you would like to bike to the work site, meet us at the top of Scary Canary. Can’t make 6pm? Feel free to join us later on in the evening!
What to expect
- Trail days run for 2-4 hours
- Each day is led by our experienced trail crew leaders who will explain what to do, provide instruction, and answer any questions
- Tools will be provided by us but you are welcome to bring your own.
- Meet at the designated meeting spot and walk to the worksite together.
- Meet some new friends!
- Projects include fixing trail damage, improving drainage, adding features, and building new trails.
What to wear
- Work boots are preferred, closed-toed shoes required
- Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long-sleeved clothing and pants are recommended during the buggy months.
